Storage

Why does the vial look empty or contain only a small amount of powder?
Twenty milligrams of lyophilized material can form a thin cake, film, or light residue on the vial wall or base. Let the vial stand upright and inspect it under good lighting. Appearance alone does not confirm the labeled mass; consult the lot-specific COA when quantitative confirmation is required.
What should I do if the powder is stuck to the side of the vial?
Keep the vial upright and allow it to reach room temperature before opening. Add the selected laboratory solvent slowly down the inside wall so it contacts the material gradually.
How should Cartalax be mixed after reconstitution?
Gently swirl or roll the vial. Do not shake vigorously. If bubbles form, allow the vial to rest refrigerated until the solution settles.
What if particles or cloudiness remain after mixing?
